6 WEEK BRAN MUFFINS 
2 1/2 c. Bran Flakes (unprocessed)
2 c. wheat germ
1 c. sesame seeds
1 c. brown sugar
5 c. whole wheat flour
5 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
4 eggs, beaten
1 qt. buttermilk
1 c. honey
1/2 c. molasses
1 c. oil
2 c. boiling water
Add 2 c. raisins, dates, nuts as desired

Mix all dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients. Add raisins, dates, nuts as desired. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Refrigerate all batter and bake when needed or bake and freeze uneaten muffins. Makes about 60 muffins. Batter keeps well in refrigerator.
