GARLIC LIME CHICKEN 
4 chicken breast halves, skinned & boned
1/2 c. shoyu (low sodium)
1/4 c. lime juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. coarse ground pepper

Mix shoyu, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and mustard. Marinate chicken in sauce 30 minutes in refrigerator. Remove chicken from marinade and sprinkle with pepper. Heat frying pan to medium heat with butter flavored Pam. Cook chicken about 6 minutes each side or until chicken can be inserted with a fork easily.
