WEIGHT WATCHERS S'MORES 
1 box of sugar free chocolate instant pudding, prepared

Put 1 tablespoon on a 1/2 of a graham cracker (2 x 2 inches). On the other graham cracker spread about 1 teaspoon nutty peanut butter.

Top with 1/2 tablespoon low cal Cool Whip. Sprinkle with a few sunflower seeds. Put the two crackers together sandwich style. Make the rest the same. Freeze. Kids love them, too.
