4 c. cooked carrots
Rind of 1 orange, grated
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. honey

Carrots can be cooked until tender (can be done earlier). When ready to serve, combine all ingredients in skillet and heat thoroughly. Make sure all carrots are well coated. Serves 8.
