CHERRY CHEESE PIE | |
1 9" graham cracker crumb pie crust 1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand condensed milk 1/3 c. lemon juice 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 lg. can cherry pie filling (chilled) In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in milk until smooth. Stir in lemon and vanilla. Pour into pie shell. Chill 3 hours or until set. Top with pie filling before serving. |
