CHICKEN & NOODLES 
5 or 6 pieces of chicken breast
Chicken broth
Lg. pkg. or homemade noodles
1 lg. onion, cut up
3 c. shredded carrots
6 sticks celery, sliced
Salt & pepper
Bay leaf & parsley flakes (optional)

I cook chicken breast until tender and bone and use remaining broth, if not enough broth - I add a can of broth. Add all ingredients and cook until noodles are tender.
