MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
1 1/2 c. corn meal
1 1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1 c. cream corn
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 green chili peppers, finely chopped

Mix all ingredients together, pour into greased pan. Bake at 450 degrees.
