PISTACHIO CAKE | |
1 box yellow cake mix 1 box instant pistachio pudding 4 eggs 1 c. water 1/2 c. cooking oil Beat 2 minutes. Bake at 325 degrees for 35-40 minutes. 2 cups crushed pineapple, drained. Poke holes in cake with fork when done. Pour juice over cake. Spread pineapple on cake. Do this while cake is hot. Let cool. 2 hours layer: 1 pkg. pistachio pudding 1 1/2 c. milk Beat until stiff. Spread on cake. 1 large Cool Whip spread on cake. Top with coconut, nuts and cherries. |
