EASY HOMEMADE LASAGNA 
1 - 1 1/2 lbs. Italian sausage
3-4 med. cans tomato sauce
1 box lasagna noodles
1 tub Ricotta cheese
Parsley, basil, oregano
Fresh garlic, salt, pepper

Mix together tomato sauce and spices. Pre-made spaghetti sauce may be used instead of making your own, adding garlic to taste. Remove skins from sausage and brown. Add to sauce. Cook noodles partially. Remove Ricotta cheese from tub and slice thinly.

Layer sauce, noodles and cheese in a casserole dish, with a layer of sauce on bottom and finishing with sauce on top covered with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-55 minutes. Serve with Parmesan cheese, Italian bread and a salad.
