EASY HOMEMADE LASAGNA 
3 lbs. sweet Italian sausage
1 lg. jar and 1 sm. jar thick Prego spaghetti sauce, any style
1/2 box lasagna noodles (12 to 15 strips)
1 lg. container ricotta cheese
2 lg. eggs
1 (24 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
1 lg. can slices or pieces mushrooms, drained

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brown sausage in skillet, drain fat, set aside. Cook noodles as directed on package.

In medium bowl, combine ricotta cheese and eggs, mix well. In deep dish casserole, 9x12x4 inch, layer first layer as following 4 or 5 strips noodles 1/3 of meat, spread evenly 1/2 of lg. jar of sauce, spread evenly 1/2 of ricotta mixture, spread evenly 1/2 can mushrooms 1/3 pkg. Mozzarella cheese Sprinkle of Parmesan

Repeat second layer as above starting with noodles. Cover loosely with foil. Bake on middle rack for 1 hour. Catch drippings with cookie sheet.

If using microwave, cook at 100% for 35 minutes, turning once. Let set for 10- 15 minutes before serving. Serve with your favorite salad and garlic bread.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
