1 c. hot water
1 c. mashed potatoes
2 yeast in 1/2 c. warm water
1 tbsp. salt
2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. shortening
8 c. flour
2 eggs

Makes 2 loaves in 12" x 3 1/2" x 2 1/2" pans.

Mix all and knead; let raise 2 hours. Punch down and let raise 1 hour more. Divide into 2 parts, roll out and spread with soft butter and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon mixture and roll up. Let raise in pan 1 hour. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
