STUFFED BREAD WITH SAUSAGE 
1 loaf frozen white bread (follow directions for thawing)
1 lb. loose Italian sweet or hot sausages (cooked and drained)
1 (8 oz.) Ricotta cheese
1 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded cheddar cheese

Roll thawed bread out into a rectangle. Spread sausage over bread. Spread Ricotta cheese over sausage. Spread cheddar cheese over all. Roll up bread; place in a greased baking pan. Beat 1 egg and brush over bread. Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until golden. Great appetizer.
