SPINACH BREAD 
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach (cooked and squeezed dry)
1/2 can chopped black olives
3 links Italian sausage (hot or sweet)
1/2 c. olive oil
4 cloves garlic, chopped fine
1 loaf fresh bread dough (or pizza dough)
Seasonings: Oregano, parsley, black pepper, salt

Saute garlic in oil in frying pan (do not brown garlic). Add sausage (out of casing) and cook thoroughly. Stir in cooked spinach and olives.

Stretch bread dough so it is thin and flat. Spread spinach mixture on dough and roll up (like cinnamon rolls) into loaf. Place in greased bread pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-45 minutes depending on size.
