CRAB DIP 
12 oz. artichoke hearts (packed in water), drained well & chopped or 12 oz. crabmeat
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, finely chopped

Combine all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with pumpernickel or other favorite crackers.
