CRAB DIP | |
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese 1/2 pt. sour cream 2 heaping tbsp. Italian salad dressing 1 1/4 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. dry mustard 2-3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 3 shakes garlic salt 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese (1/4 c. into mixture; 1/4 c. on top before baking) 1 lb. crab meat (Delacaseas is what I use) Mix all the above ingredients saving the crab meat for last. Place ingredients in a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Add a little milk to make creamy. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup cheddar cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown crust appears and mixture is bubbling. Serve with any cracker. |
