LINDA'S GREEN CHILI QUICHE 
12 whole green chilies (or 2 cans, 4 oz. each)
1 (12 oz.) pkg. Monterey Jack cheese
1 (12 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 tube Saltines
6 med. eggs
1 c. milk

Spray 9 x 13 inch pan with Pam. Lay chilies flat in pan. Sprinkle cheeses over chilies. Crush crackers and spread on top. Beat eggs, add milk; pour over top of crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
