PINEAPPLE CHEESECAKE BARS 
1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus white cake mix
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 to 2 tsp. coconut extract
1 egg

TOPPING:

1 can Pillsbury Ready to Spread Vanilla Frosting Supreme
8 oz. pkg. Philadelphia Brand cream cheese, softened
20 oz. can crushed pineapple, well drained
2 eggs

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Grease 13 x 9 inch pan. In large bowl, combine all base ingredients at low speed until dough forms. Press in bottom of prepared pan. In small bowl, blend frosting, cream cheese and pineapple until well mixed. Reserve 1 cup for frosting; refrigerate. To remaining mixture, add 2 eggs; beat 3 minutes at high speed. Pour over base.

Bake at 325 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes or until golden brown around edges and filling is set. Cool 30 minutes. Spread with reserved 1 cup frosting mixture. Chill 2 hours; cut into bars. Store in refrigerator. Makes 36 bars.
