PINEAPPLE CHEESE CAKE BARS 
1 pkg. white cake mix
1/2 c. butter
1 to 2 tsp. coconut extract

TOPPING:

1 can frosting mix (vanilla)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, soft
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 eggs

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Combine all ingredients at low speed until dough forms. Press into bottom of pan. Blend frosting, cream cheese and pineapple until mixed. Save one cup frosting in refrigerator. Add eggs, beat 3 minutes, pour over base. Bake at 325 degrees 50 minutes until brown around edges. Cool 30 minutes. Spread with frosting. Chill 2 hours. Cut into bars. About 36 bars.
