SQUAW CORN | |
1 lb. bacon, diced 1 c. onion, diced 1 c. green pepper, diced 1 (16 oz.) can corn, drained 6 beaten eggs Preheat skillet over medium heat. Add bacon to pan and fry. When bacon is browned, drain grease. Add onion and green pepper to bacon and fry until vegetables are almost soft. Add corn and fry until heated. Add beaten eggs and scramble. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately. |
