CHILI PEPPER BAKE 
3 (4 oz.) each cans green mild chili peppers, chopped
10 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
3 eggs
3 tbsp. milk

Lightly grease an 8 inch ovenproof pie plate. Spread peppers on bottom, place cheese on top. Beat the eggs and milk well and pour egg mixture over the cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve on crackers.
