LINGUICA PORK CHOPS 
10 peeled potatoes, cut in slices
6 pork chops
1 lb. linguica
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. granulated garlic salt
4 tbsp. chopped peppers (hot wet kind)
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. water

Shallow pan, 12 x 18 x 2 inches. Spread slices of potatoes to cover the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle half of the salt, onion salt, and chopped pepper over the pepper over the potatoes. Next, lay the pork chops on top of the potatoes. Pour the water and the ketchup evenly over the chops. Sprinkle remainder of the spices over the chops. Slice the linguica and spread over the chops.

Cover pan with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. At the end of the hour, remove foil and cook, uncovered, for 15 minutes.
