CANTALOUPE PIE 
2 cantaloupes (meat pureed)
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs, separated
4 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. milk

Combine flour and sugar; mix well. Add beaten egg yolks and cantaloupe. Mix well and add remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees until done. Add beaten egg whites with 4 tablespoons sugar added and pinch cream of tartar when pies are cooled. Brown egg whites.
