CANTALOUPE PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
3 egg yolks
1/2 stick butter
1 cantaloupe
1 tsp. vanilla

Peel, seed and cube cantaloupe. Cook in water until tender, drain and mash.

Mix sugar and flour. Then add egg, milk and butter. Cook until thick. Add cantaloupe and vanilla. Pour into prebaked pie shell. Top with meringue made from 3 egg whites. Brown and enjoy.

EASY PIE SHELL:

1 c. flour
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. sugar

Mix in pie plate. Shape. Bake at 350 degrees until brown. For extra flavor add 1/2 cup chopped nuts.
