1 bag frozen cauliflower
1 bag frozen broccoli
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 sm. jar Cheez Whiz

Cook broccoli and cauliflower with package directions. In saucepan mix soup and Cheez Whiz until blended well. Drain broccoli and cauliflower. Mix together in 2 quart casserole dish. Bake 1/2 hour at 325 degrees. Optional: dried French onion; 5 minutes before done put on onions and bake.
