BROCCOLI AND CAULIFLOWER
CASSEROLE
 
1 large bag broccoli
1 large bag cauliflower
1 large bag onion rings
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup

Make vegetables as directed on package (use frozen vegetables); drain. Vegetables must be made separately. Place cauliflower on bottom of 4-quart casserole. Place 1/2 onion rings on next; put all of broccoli on next. Spread all of cheese over the top; stir soups together and pour over cheese. Add rest of onion rings on top.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.

Note: I make this and only use half the recipe. Use a 2-quart casserole.
