BROCCOLI - CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE | |
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower, thawed 1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces, drained 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup, condensed 1 (4 oz.) jar processed cheese spread 1 sm. can French fried onion rings To thaw frozen vegetables, place each package on a paper plate and microwave on high power for 4 minutes. Squeeze out liquid. Layer all vegetables in a 2-quart casserole. Combine soup and cheese spread. Pour over vegetables. Cover with lid or plastic wrap and microwave 12 to 15 minutes on high power. Sprinkle with onion rings. Microwave, uncovered, for 1 to 2 minutes more. Serves 6 to 8. |
