BROCCOLI & CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. broccoli
1 pkg. cauliflower
2 c. cooked rice
1 can cream soup (celery, mushrooms, etc.)
3/4 c. Velveeta, cubed

Place vegetables in baking dish. Mix in rice. Melt cheese and soup together. Pour over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
