BROCCOLI-CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 pkg. frozen cauliflower
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2/3 c. evaporated milk
Cheddar, American or Velveeta cheese

Mix vegetables, soup, and milk in casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake 30-60 minutes at 350 degrees until vegetables are tender. Smaller cuts will cook faster.
