1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower
1 can French fried onions
1 can cream of celery soup
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz

Cook vegetables separately according to package directions. Drain well. Place in large buttered casserole. Heat Cheez Whiz in microwave for about 30 seconds to soften. Combine with soup. Pour over vegetables.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Add onion rings the last 5 minutes. Serves 8-10.
