GRANDMA LYNDA'S ROASTED POTATOES 
6 potatoes, red or medium russet
1/2 c. water
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
2 tbsp. butter
1 beef bouillon cube
1 sm. onion

Peel and wash potatoes, cut into fourths. Put 1/2 cup water into a baking pan. Cut onion into fourths and place in pan (scatter onion around pan). Put potatoes in pan and sprinkle with all the spices. Dot each potato with butter. Put bouillon cube in pan. Bake at 325 degree oven for 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until golden brown. Serves 6 people.
