BUTTERY HERB-ROASTED POTATO FANS 
6 tbsp. butter
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp. oregano
8 lg. potatoes, scrubbed clean

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Over medium heat melt butter; add garlic and oregano; cook 5 minutes. Set aside.

Make deep diagonal cuts in each potato, spacing cuts 1/4 inch apart and cutting to within 3/4 inch of bottom. Place potatoes in 13x9 pan; roast 45 minutes or until tender. Brush frequently with butter mixture. Season potatoes with salt and pepper and serve with butter sauce.
