SAUSAGE - SWEET POTATO BAKE 
Brown 1 pound sausage, drain off fat. Arrange in a 2 quart casserole:

2 med. raw sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced
3 med. apples, peeled and sliced
Browned sausage

Combine and pour over:

2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes until potatoes and apples are tender. Can use canned potatoes if you want. Serves 4 to 6.
