HOT FUDGE SAUCE 
3 tbsp. butter
3 sqs. unsweetened chocolate
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
6 tbsp. heavy cream
3 tbsp. Grand Marnier (optional)

Melt butter and chocolate over low heat. Add powdered sugar, slowly. Add vanilla and heavy cream. Stir until smooth. Serve warm over ice cream.
