BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cut or spears
1 c. grated American cheese or Velveeta
1 c. cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 can French fried onion rings, about 3 1/2 oz.

Cook broccoli 4 minutes; drain and place in 8 x 8 inch dish. Heat soup, evaporated milk and cheese until cheese melts. Pour over broccoli and cook at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cover with onion rings and cook 5 minutes more.
