POPPY SEED CHICKEN 
4 skinless chicken breasts
1 (8 oz.) lowfat sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter
1 stack Ritz crackers
Poppy seed

Boil chicken. Cool slightly. Layer on bottom of casserole dish. Mix sour cream and undiluted soup. Pour over chicken. Crumble crackers over casserole. Melt butter and pour over crackers. Sprinkle with poppy seed. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown.
