POPPY SEED CHICKEN 
2 lbs. chicken breasts or cutlets
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. Ritz crackers, broken up
Poppy seeds

Cook chicken, when cold, skin and debone chicken and break into pieces. Mix soup and sour cream in bowl. Cover chicken. Melt butter and add crackers and poppy seeds. Spread over chicken. Bake 1/2 hour in 350 degree oven. You can double or triple recipe.
