POPPY SEED CHICKEN | |
2 lbs. white chicken breasts 1 (8 oz.) sour cream 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 1/2 c. Ritz crackers (1 full pack, crushed) 1 big tbsp. poppy seeds 1 stick melted butter Cook chicken until it turns white. Cut up in pieces. Mix sour cream and soup together. Pour over chicken. Mix crackers, poppy seeds and melted butter together. Cover top with cracker mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
