POPPY SEED CHICKEN 
4 whole chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
2 sm. cartons sour cream
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
40 ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 stick butter, melted
2 to 3 tsp. poppy seeds

Mix chicken, sour cream, cream of chicken soup. Put in a 9 x 12 casserole, spread butter over top, then add crushed Ritz crackers, sprinkled evenly. Now sprinkle with poppy seeds. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes or until bubbly. This casserole can be prepared a couple of hours ahead and put in oven to bubble when needed.
