POPPY SEED CHICKEN | |
8 chicken breasts, cooked & bone 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 c. sour cream 1/4 c. sherry 35-40 Ritz crackers (crumbled) 2 tbsp. poppy seeds 8 tbsp. melted butter Break chicken into bite size pieces. Layer on bottom of Pyrex dish. Salt and pepper. In another bowl mix soup, sour cream and sherry. Pour mixture over chicken. Mix crushed crackers and poppy seeds together and sprinkle over chicken. Melt butter and pour over crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. |
