POPPY SEED CHICKEN 
8 chicken breasts, cooked, chopped
1 c. sour cream
2 (10 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
3 tbsp. poppy seed
2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
3/4 c. melted butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chopped chicken in casserole. Heat sour cream and soup in saucepan. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle mixture of poppy seed and crackers on top. Drizzle with butter. Bake 30 minutes. Yields 10-12 servings.
