POPPY SEED CHICKEN | |
2 rows of Ritz crackers 2 tsp. poppy seed 2 sticks butter, melted 1 chicken, cooked, boned, chopped 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 4 oz. sour cream Crush crackers and add poppy seeds and butter, mix well. Press 1/2 of this into casserole dish. Mix chicken, soup and sour cream together. Pour over crust. Sprinkle with remaining crust mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 6 to 8 people. |
