MOTHER'S GREEN ENCHILADAS | |
1/2 stick butter 2 c. milk 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese 4 tbsp. flour 1 sm. can green chilies, diced FILLING: 1 lb. ground beef, browned 1 onion, diced Flour tortillas, soften in the microwave. Put 1 tablespoon of meat in each tortilla and roll up. Place the tortillas in a casserole dish. In a saucepan on low heat cook the milk, butter, flour and chilies until the butter melts. Add the cheese. Stir and pour over the enchiladas. Cook 20 minutes at 300 degrees. |
