3 egg whites, beaten stiff
30 Ritz crackers, broken
1 c. sugar
1 c. pecans (broken)
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Beat egg whites until stiff and gradually add sugar and vanilla. Mix broken Ritz crackers and pecans together. Add egg mixture together and stir well. Pour into pie pan and bake 15-20 minutes or until slightly browned on top at 325 degrees. Chill before covering with whipped topping.
