4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
2 lemons

Separate eggs. Beat egg whites and 1/3 of the sugar until stiff. Separately beat egg yolks with rest of sugar, salt, grated lemon rind and lemon juice until thick.
