CORN PUDDING 
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1 (15 oz.) can (2 c.) corn, drained
1 3/4 c. milk

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix flour, salt and butter, add sugar, if desired. Add corn, then milk. Stir well. Pour into well-greased casserole dish. Cook for 45 minutes uncovered or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve hot.

May be made ahead and stored in refrigerator in jar for several days. Just shake, and pour into greased casserole.
