POTATO BAKE 
1 pkg. frozen hashbrowns, thawed
1 stick butter, melted
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 c. grated or shredded cheddar cheese (sharp or mild may be used)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. crushed Corn Flakes
1/2 c. butter, melted

Butter a 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix the above ingredients together and add into your prepared pan. Mix the 1/2 cup butter and crushed Corn Flakes. Add this topping evenly to the potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Delicious and easy!
