CHICKEN, POTATO, BROCCOLI TOSS 
1 (3 lb.) fryer
1 med. onion
2 lb. med. red potatoes
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
Dash of garlic
Dash of onion powder
1/4 c. walnuts

Boil chicken and chill. Cut up meat and save. Boil potatoes until tender. In large bowl, mix sour cream, milk, vinegar and spices. Cut potatoes into quarters. Place in sauce. Steam broccoli until crispy and add to sauce. Add chicken and toss lightly. Sprinkle with walnuts. Chill and serve. 6 servings.
