BEEF BRISKET 
5 lb. beef brisket
Celery salt
Garlic salt
Onion salt
Worcestershire sauce
Liquid smoke

In foil lined pan, sprinkle both sides of beef brisket with each of the three kinds of salt and the Worcestershire sauce. Pour 1/3 bottle liquid smoke on the beef brisket. Cover and let marinate overnight. Bake covered 1 hour per pound at 300 degrees. The last hour uncover and pour barbeque sauce over. Chill thoroughly, then slice. Reheat at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Baste occasionally with juices or additional barbeque sauce.
