NORWEGIAN PECAN BALLS | |
1 c. soft butter 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. flour 1/2 c. powdered sugar 1 c. chopped pecans Mix butter, sugar, salt and vanilla. Add flour and nuts. Make small balls. Place on buttered cookie sheet. Bake 15 or 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Roll in powdered sugar. Makes 5 dozen. |
