PINEAPPLE BLENDER ADE 
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, chilled
2 eggs
2 c. cold milk
Dash salt

Beat cottage cheese, pineapple (do not drain pineapple) and eggs in a blender. Add milk and salt. Blend just until foamy. Serve immediately. Makes 4 (9 ounce) servings.
